Caramel Apple with Peanuts

Apples with Peanuts were added to the product line-up in 1987 to satisfy numerous requests for an East Coast style caramel apple. We cover the apple with small batch caramel before rolling in fresh, medium grind peanuts. It's simple, but delicious.
